Key Spiritual Leaders

Alynn Brutsman

CEO of Holy Spirit House of Prayer, Spiritual Companion, Teacher, & Prayer Warrior

Alynn Allison Brutsman was born in Wallace, Idaho, and was raised in San Jose, CA. Even though Alynn was born a natural leader of God’s people, she grew up in a family that struggled with drug abuse. A self-taught guitarist and singer, Alynn advocated against drug abuse through her own original music, speaking engagements, radio and television appearances. Her powerful message, “God literally saved my life,” has touched hundreds of hearts seeking spiritual direction. She continues to write and sing her own songs that reflect the Lord’s message today.

Alynn became a licensed Spiritual Director under Abbott David Garreats’ Monastery of the Risen Christ in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Trish Vichi

Spiritual Companion, Teacher, & Prayer Warrior

Patricia Vichi (Trish) was born in New Jersey and raised in southern California, schooled in New Mexico, Arizona and California. Married in Torrance, California and currently blessed with three children and seven grandchildren, Trish has had a long career in teaching with several advanced degrees in culture and spirituality, school counseling and an MSW.

Certified as a Spiritual Director through Abbot David’s School for Spiritual Direction in Southern California, Trish is now exploring retirement and the possibility of sharing what she has learned along the way.

Rayburn Wallace

Treasurer, Prayer Warrior, Prophet, and Healer

Ray attended the school of hard knocks and not only did he survive, but he has risen victorious to tell the story. With Gods healing, he has overcome a fatal disease which would have killed the average person decades ago. He is an overcomer, a wounded healer, prophet and prayer warrior. He is a supreme example of hope in a hopeless situation. He continues to be an example of God’s great love through his work as a prayer warrior.

Loretta Reed-Smith

Secretary, Prayer Warrior, & Spiritual Companion

Since our founding, Loretta is one of our founding team members. She continues to be a light on our board of directors. She has also attended Abbot David School, and is an active spiritual guide. She is currently leading a community action group called Laudato SI, which is based on an encyclical text by Pope Francis - challenging us to care for our common home.
